SESSION FORMATS

  • 25-Minute Talk: A concise, high-impact presentation that delivers practical strategies, tools, or insights for improving online speaking or building an online business.
  • 50-Minute Workshop: A longer, in-depth session that invites attendees to apply what they’re learning through real-world exercises, peer discussion, and/or real-time feedback.
