Activate is the only program in NSA's lineup built exclusively around online delivery and the systems that make it possible. You can experience your online speaking peers in their element, while learning how they keep virtual rooms engaged, what they've added to their online offerings, or what's sitting in their studio or tech stack that isn't in yours.

Program Overview

Activate is structured around two core tracks. You can follow a single track or mix and match across both days. 

Front Stage: Delivery & Engagement 

In this track, you can learn to: 

  • Identify why some engagement tactics work for you and others don't 
  • Design slides that build your credibility 
  • Apply humor techniques built for a virtual room 
  • Pace your content so online attendees don’t tune out 
  • Reach the people whose cameras never go on 
  • Design interactive games for your own events 
  • Host free monthly gatherings that keep you visible between bookings 

Back Stage: Production & Systems 

In this track, you can learn to: 

  • Set up a studio for calls, content, and course production 
  • Apply lighting, audio, and camera techniques using what you already own 
  • Build a pre- and post-event system that protects your time and captures more revenue from every gig 
  • Use AI to script, narrate, and launch full online courses without a team
